Data we process

We process contact form data (first name, last name, email address, phone number, message, optional company and quantity), uploaded customizer images and automatically generated server logs from Vercel.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to advise you, prepare offers for custom Sushi Pop-up Tubes, communicate with you, visualize uploaded designs internally and ensure the technical operation and security of the website. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Processors and storage

External processors are Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. Data is stored only as long as required for the relevant purpose or legal retention periods.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can revoke consent at any time by email to info@popupsu-shi.de. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
